Gaia Trust Properties

The Gaia Trust owns five properties; four in Cornwall and one in Devon. Together, they amount to nearly 320 hectares of mainly grazed farmland and woodland. Only one of the sites has buildings. Each is very different but all are farmed for people and wildlife but how that is done varies according to local circumstances and conditions.

Bodwannick Manor Farm

Sixty seven hectares of woodland and unimproved grazing land plus a run-down farmhouse with wonderful gardens and various outbuildings. Access by arrangement at this time. More

Chark Moor

Chark Moor, just to the north-west of Lostwithiel and situated close to the Red Moor SSSI, is the most easterly component of a group of sites known collectively as the Mid-Cornwall Moors. More

Home Farm Marsh

Formerly an intensive dairy unit, with consequent reduction in biodiversity, the land is now in conservation management through a farm tenancy and volunteer support. More

Treraven Farm

This property is beautifully situated, on slopes above the tidal River Camel and the attractive and thriving market town of Wadebridge. More
